this weekend i got to go back to austin to spend a lovely afternoon shopping with dani and alysha - we registered dani&daughter at target and babies r us. we had a lot of fun with our little scan guns :) who knew babies needed so many accessories??
we were worn out by the end of the day. it was HOT. i can't even imagine how exhausted dani was - she's a tough cookie! it was so wonderful to spend time with her, i hate not being nearby :( our pups got to be reunited for the afternoon also, they are a couple of kooks.
i can't WAIT until dani's baby shower. alysha is doing most of the planning and i know it will be fantastic - dani will be all set when that little cutie pie comes (october 20!!!). i'm pretty sure dani will be a rockin' mom. she's one of the most thoughtful, loving and nurturing people i know - not to mention all-around inspiring. i love her with all my heart.
april - i'm so sorry i didn't let you know i was in town this weekend, but don't worry! i'll be spending ALL weekend with you for the bachelorette festivities :) which i CANT WAIT FOR!! it will be a grand reunion - i am really needing it right now.
